Change your words

The good news is you can change your mind whenever you want. Today I want you to try replacing a few words and then practice it.

Replace:

Jealousy with Admiration

Isolation with Vulnerability

Worry with Faith

Complaining with thankfulness

You want to have an optimistic brain? Well, of course you do. See my darling when you consciously practice this your brain will grow and learn this new skill.

Be optimistic. Think that great things are coming. No matter what you’re currently going through, think “there’s so much to look forward to”
