Bouncing Back
How are you ever going to unlock your potential when you never push yourself. When you never do hard things, you never grow your brain to think in an optimistic way. It matters and has everything to do with how you bounce back. So how do you do that? It’s all about habits and how you practice.
You’ll actually not even realize it’s working until you’re in a moment and your mind starts to think differently.
Here is what I can tell you, your brain is powerful and flexible so when you start to practice gratitude it will help you learn to bounce back when things make you sad and are tough. Your mind begins to get stronger and you begin to have a positive mindset and better attitude. It’s pretty remarkable.
How to create this ability to bounce back? Create a Jar, a box a place to give gratitude. Write It down each night, put something in your jar that you can give gratitude to. The more you practice this the easier it will be to not quit, give up, move on, let go of the past.
When you keep doing this you will have a better mindset when things are not going your way or you have a bad day. A growth mindset with just practice and gratitude can rewire your brain and as you go through life you’ll deal with hard things, you’ll deal with not feeling good enough or worth it. This is a skill that is learned and goes well with a couple of our power words. Self Love and Letting Go. This sounds silly but gratitude takes work and when you put in that work your skill will kick in when you need it. You are in charge of you, you hold onto it or let it go.
