Brene Brown calls this Armor, protecting ourselves from taking a chance, having a voice, and stepping into what will shape who we are. I’m NOT saying you have to know who you are today! I’m still working on who I am today. What I need you to understand is how to keep on keeping on to shape who you are whats to become and without knowing how to stay on the path of unlocking your greatness you’ll never take the chance to learn and grow. I’m a big fan of going for it. Failure is just an experience that teaches you.

5 tips to getting back on the track of getting back to your authentic self!
Ask yourself
What story are you telling yourself? There must be a story you have created to allow yourself to feel down, sad, not loved, not appreciated, and not worthy.
Does this define me?
Is this who I am at my best self?
Write down all the negative words you think about yourself
Then take them and flip them to a positive message about yourself
Example: I‘m so dumb, why did I say that.” Instead, write I’m really good at Math, I’m good at finding the answers, I can do great things.
Conncet to your confident self. It’s a matter of perspective.
